In this adapted recipe, we incorporate the flavors and techniques of Indian Chinese cuisine to create a spicy chicken curry with a unique twist. The addition of Indian spices like cumin, coriander, and turmeric, as well as Chinese ingredients such as soy sauce and vinegar, transforms the dish into a fusion masterpiece. 1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
