Ingredients
This recipe has been adapted to Croatian cuisine by using local ingredients and spices. The tomato sauce is made with Croatian tomatoes and seasoned with oregano and basil. Preparation

1.In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.

2.Add the olive oil and warm water, and stir until a dough forms.

3.Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

4.Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

5.Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

6.In a blender, puree the canned tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

7.Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 1cm (1/2 inch).

8.Transfer the dough to a greased pizza pan.

9.Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a 1cm (1/2 inch) border around the edges.

10.Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan over the sauce.

11.Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
