Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

2.In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and minced garlic, and sauté until golden brown.

3.Add the flaked salted fish to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4.Add the turmeric, cumin, coriander, and chili powder to the pan. Mix well to coat the fish evenly with the spices.

5.Gently fold in the drained ackee fruit, being careful not to break it apart too much. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

6.Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread the ackee and saltfish mixture evenly over the crust.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.

8.Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
