Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Pork Ribs — For tender ribs, marinate them overnight to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat. Additionally, make sure to remove the thin membrane on the bone side of the ribs before marinating for better texture.

Tips & Tricks

  • For a smoky flavor, add a small amount of smoked paprika to the marinade.
  • Baste the ribs with the marinade while grilling to enhance the flavors.
  • If you prefer a spicier kick, add a pinch of chili flakes to the marinade.
  • Serve the ribs with a side of tzatziki sauce for a refreshing contrast.
  • If you don't have a grill, you can also bake the ribs in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 1.5 to 2 hours, until tender.

Serving advice

Serve the Greek-style barbecue ribs hot, garnished with fresh herbs such as parsley or dill. Accompany them with lemon wedges for an extra burst of citrus flavor.

Presentation advice

Arrange the ribs on a platter, placing them in a neat stack or fanned out for an appealing presentation. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the ribs for a glossy finish.
