Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Beef sirloin — For the best results, choose a tender cut of beef and slice it thinly against the grain to ensure tenderness.
  • Provolone cheese — Feel free to substitute with your favorite meltable cheese, such as cheddar or mozzarella.
  • Soft sandwich buns — Look for buns that are sturdy enough to hold the juicy steak and cheese without becoming soggy.

Tips & Tricks

  • For an extra kick of flavor, add a few dashes of hot sauce to the tangy sauce.
  • If you prefer a milder taste, reduce the amount of cayenne pepper in the marinade.
  • To make it a complete meal, serve the Barros Luco - Atlanta Style sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries or coleslaw.
  • If you don't have a grill, you can cook the steak on a stovetop grill pan or in a regular frying pan.
  • Customize your sandwich by adding sliced avocado or pickles for additional texture and flavor.
