1.In a bowl, combine the soy curls, tamari or soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, black pepper, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2.Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the marinated soy curls. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the soy curls are browned and slightly crispy.

3.Push the soy curls to one side of the skillet and add the sliced red onion and bell pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

4.Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or over an open flame until they are pliable.
