Preparation

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground lamb, chorizo sausage, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2.Shape the mixture into small sausage-shaped patties, about 8-10cm (3-4 inches) long and 2cm (0.8 inches) thick.
