1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground lamb, chorizo sausage, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2.Shape the mixture into small sausage-shaped patties, about 8-10cm (3-4 inches) long and 2cm (0.8 inches) thick.

3.Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.

4.Place the Ćevapi on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are nicely browned and cooked through.
