Preparation

1.Preheat oven to 350F (175C).

2.Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3.Add the sliced steak and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

4.Add the green bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

5.Add the chopped collard greens and sweet potato to the skillet and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.

6.Slice the hoagie rolls in half and place 2 slices of provolone cheese on each roll.

7.Divide the steak and vegetable mixture evenly among the rolls.

8.Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
