While the original Chinese dim sum is typically steamed or fried, Italian-style dim sum incorporates baking and grilling techniques. 1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and warm water. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2.In a separate bowl, mix together the ground pork, cooked shrimp, onion, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

3.Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut it into small circles using a round cookie cutter or a glass.

4.Place a spoonful of the pork and shrimp mixture onto each dough circle. Fold the edges of the circle to create a dumpling shape, sealing the filling inside.

5.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the dumplings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush them with olive oil.

6.Bake the dumplings for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
