However, in this Indian Chinese adaptation, we incorporate the flavors of Indian Chinese cuisine by adding spices like cumin, coriander, and turmeric, as well as sauces like soy sauce and chili sauce. Preparation

1.In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger paste, and sauté for a minute.

2.Add minced chicken to the pan and cook until it turns brown and is cooked through.

3.Add chopped onions and cook until they become translucent.

4.Add chopped cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers to the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.

5.In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Add this mixture to the pan and stir well to combine.

6.Cook the filling for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Remove from heat and let it cool.

7.Take a spring roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling in the center. Fold the sides of the wrapper towards the center and roll it tightly.

8.Seal the edges of the wrapper using a little water to ensure it stays closed.

9.Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling.

10.Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer. Fry the farcidure until they turn golden brown and crispy.

11.Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

12.Serve hot with chili sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
