Preparation

1.In a large bowl, mix together the cornstarch, flour, salt, and black pepper.

4.Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

5.In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, red wine vinegar, chicken broth, soy sauce, tomato paste, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.

6.Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet and stir to coat.

7.Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is fully cooked.

8.Sprinkle the feta cheese and chopped olives over the top of the chicken.
