Ingredients
This recipe replaces some of the traditional Chinese ingredients with Greek ones. The sauce is made with honey instead of sugar, and red wine vinegar instead of rice vinegar. Preparation

1.In a large bowl, mix together the cornstarch, flour, salt, and black pepper.

2.Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat.

3.Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4.Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

5.In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, red wine vinegar, chicken broth, soy sauce, tomato paste, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.

6.Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet and stir to coat.

7.Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is fully cooked.

8.Sprinkle the feta cheese and chopped olives over the top of the chicken.

9.Serve hot with a side of rice.
