This recipe replaces some of the traditional Chinese ingredients with Greek ones. The sauce is made with honey instead of sugar, and red wine vinegar instead of rice vinegar.     In a large bowl, mix together the cornstarch, flour, salt, and black pepper.

    Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat.

    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
