Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 200C (400F).

2.In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.

3.Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.

4.Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
