Preparation

1.In a heatproof bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate and heavy cream.

2.Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.

3.Stir the chocolate and cream mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

4.Remove the bowl from heat and stir in the ground hazelnuts, Ivorian cocoa powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

5.Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
