Ingredients
While the original Gibanica is a savory pastry made with layers of phyllo dough and cheese, this Japanese-inspired version replaces the cheese with tofu and incorporates Japanese seasonings for a unique twist. Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach, crumbled tofu, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, miso paste, eggs, vegetable broth, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

3.Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it.

4.Pour the spinach and tofu mixture into the pie crust, spreading it evenly.

5.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pie is set and the crust is golden brown.

6.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
