Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

    In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach, crumbled tofu, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, miso paste, eggs, vegetable broth, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

    Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it.

    Pour the spinach and tofu mixture into the pie crust, spreading it evenly.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pie is set and the crust is golden brown.
