1.In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

2.Add the sliced chicken or lamb to the marinade and toss until evenly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

4.Thread the marinated meat onto skewers and grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
