1.In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

2.Add the sliced chicken or lamb to the marinade and toss until evenly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

3.Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.

4.Thread the marinated meat onto skewers and grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.

5.Remove the meat from the skewers and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice it into thin strips.
