Ingredients

The Pomeranian Haystack differs from the original American haystack by incorporating traditional Pomeranian ingredients and flavors. Instead of using tortilla chips as a base, this recipe features crispy fried potatoes, which add a unique texture and flavor. The addition of sautéed onions and mushrooms enhances the dish with earthy and savory notes. Marinated beef strips replace the usual ground beef, adding a tender and juicy element to the haystack. These adaptations transform the dish into a Pomeranian delight, showcasing the region's culinary heritage. We alse have the original recipe for Haystack, so you can check it out.
