1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, regular rice flour, salt, paprika, cumin, dried oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder.

2.Gradually add water to the dry ingredients while stirring continuously until a smooth dough forms.

3.Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes elastic and pliable.

4.Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into round or oval rice cakes.

5.Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the rice cakes. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until they float to the surface.
