1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, tapioca flour, turmeric powder, paprika, ground coriander, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and chili powder (if using).

2.Gradually add the coconut milk and water to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a smooth dough is formed.

3.Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin circle using a rolling pin.

4.Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook each rolled dough circle for about 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly golden and crispy.

5.Remove the cooked crackers from the pan and let them cool completely.
