Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Sesame seeds — Toasting the sesame seeds before adding them to the salad enhances their nutty flavor. Be careful not to burn them, as they can turn bitter.

Tips & Tricks

  • For added crunch, you can include some crushed crispy noodles or fried wonton strips as a topping.
  • Feel free to add some sliced grilled chicken or tofu to make it a more substantial main dish.
  • Adjust the amount of honey in the dressing according to your desired level of sweetness.
  • If you prefer a spicier salad, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of chili oil to the dressing.
  • Make sure to toss the salad well to evenly distribute the dressing and flavors.
