Ingredients

In this Bavarian adaptation of Timba Bread, we incorporate traditional Bavarian ingredients and flavors. The bread is made with a combination of all-purpose flour and finely ground almonds, giving it a nutty taste and a tender crumb. The addition of Bavarian spices, such as cinnamon and nutmeg, adds warmth and depth to the flavor profile. The bread is also baked at a slightly lower temperature to achieve a softer texture, which is characteristic of Bavarian breads. We alse have the original recipe for Pan con timba, so you can check it out.
