Ingredients

In this Belgian adaptation of the Italian dish Panelle, we incorporate the flavors and ingredients commonly found in Belgian cuisine. The original Italian recipe is traditionally made with olive oil, but we use Belgian vegetable oil for frying. Additionally, we enhance the flavor profile by adding Belgian herbs and spices, giving these fritters a unique Belgian twist. We alse have the original recipe for Panelle, so you can check it out.
