Ingredients
In this Belgian adaptation of the Italian dish Panelle, we incorporate the flavors and ingredients commonly found in Belgian cuisine. The original Italian recipe is traditionally made with olive oil, but we use Belgian vegetable oil for frying. 1.In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpea flour, water, Belgian mustard, parsley, chives, cumin, and salt. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
