In this adaptation of the Brazilian dish Pé-de-moleque to Jharkhandi cuisine, we incorporate the flavors and ingredients commonly found in Jharkhand. While the original dish uses ingredients like condensed milk and sugar, we replace them with jaggery, a traditional sweetener widely used in Jharkhandi cuisine. Additionally, we use a combination of peanuts and cashews, which are popular nuts in the region, to add a unique twist to the recipe. 1.Heat a pan over medium heat and dry roast the peanuts and cashews until they turn golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.

3.Add the roasted peanuts, cashews, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt to the jaggery syrup. Mix well to coat the nuts evenly.
