In this adaptation, we have replaced the traditional Indonesian vegetables used in Pecel with local greens commonly found in Baden cuisine. The dressing has also been adjusted to incorporate the flavors and ingredients commonly used in Baden, such as locally sourced peanuts and a touch of chili for a subtle heat. Preparation

    In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the peanuts until golden brown and fragrant. Remove from heat and let them cool.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the ground peanuts, minced garlic, lime juice, chopped chili, olive oil, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth dressing.
