Ingredients
In this adaptation, we have transformed the American Spiedie into an Epirotic delight by incorporating traditional Greek flavors and cooking techniques. The original Spiedie typically uses Italian dressing as a marinade, while our Epirotic version features a Greek-inspired herb marinade with olive oil, lemon juice, and a variety of aromatic herbs. Additionally, the grilling method remains the same, but the flavor profile is enhanced with the addition of Mediterranean herbs and spices. We alse have the original recipe for Spiedie, so you can check it out.

- Wooden skewers — Soaking the skewers in water prevents them from burning during grilling.
