Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a 9-inch oven-safe skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sugar and honey, stirring until the mixture turns golden brown and caramelized.

3.Remove the skillet from heat and arrange the apple slices in a circular pattern on top of the caramel.

4.Sprinkle the cinnamon and nutmeg evenly over the apples.

5.Place the phyllo dough sheets on top of the apples, brushing each sheet with olive oil before adding the next.

6.Tuck the edges of the phyllo dough into the skillet, sealing the apples and caramel inside.
