Ingredients

Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Ladyfingers — Ensure the ladyfingers are dipped quickly into the brewed yerba mate to prevent them from becoming too soggy. Dip them one at a time and arrange them in the dish immediately to maintain their texture.

Tips & Tricks

  • For an extra touch of Argentinian flavor, drizzle a small amount of dulce de leche over each serving before garnishing with cocoa powder and grated dark chocolate.
  • If you prefer a stronger yerba mate flavor, you can add a tablespoon of yerba mate leaves to the brewed tea and let it steep for a few minutes before using it to soak the ladyfingers.

Serving advice

Serve the Argentinian Tiramisù chilled for the best flavor and texture. It pairs wonderfully with a cup of yerba mate tea or a shot of espresso on the side.

Presentation advice

To enhance the presentation, dust the serving dish with cocoa powder before arranging the soaked ladyfingers. Garnish the top layer with a sprinkle of grated dark chocolate and a few fresh mint leaves for a pop of color.
