1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a small bowl, mix together the ground coriander, ground cumin, turmeric powder, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

3.Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the Banjar-style hot dogs and cook until they are lightly browned.

4.Remove the hot dogs from the pan and set aside.

5.Slice the Banjar-style bagels in half horizontally.

6.Brush the inside of each bagel half with the spice mixture.

7.Place a cooked hot dog on each bagel half and wrap the bagel around the hot dog, pressing gently to seal.
