Ingredients
While the original Chinese Beef & Broccoli is typically stir-fried with soy sauce and oyster sauce, our Turkish adaptation incorporates traditional Turkish spices such as cumin, paprika, and sumac. We also add a touch of tanginess with pomegranate molasses, which gives the dish a unique Turkish flavor profile. Additionally, we serve it with a side of fluffy Turkish rice pilaf instead of steamed rice. We alse have the original recipe for Beef & Broccoli, so you can check it out.
