Ingredients
While the original Swiss Cordon Bleu is traditionally made with veal or chicken, our Caribbean adaptation uses chicken as the main protein. Additionally, we have incorporated Caribbean spices and ingredients to infuse the dish with a burst of tropical flavors. The cooking method and concept of stuffing the meat with cheese and ham remain the same, but the seasonings and overall taste have been transformed. We alse have the original recipe for Cordon Bleu, so you can check it out.

- Caribbean jerk seasoning — Adjust the amount according to your spice preference. Add more for a bolder flavor or reduce for a milder taste.
- Swiss cheese — Use a good quality Swiss cheese that melts well for a gooey and delicious filling.
