1.In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, black beans, corn kernels, onion, garlic, jalapeno pepper, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2.Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges by pressing firmly with your fingers. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
