Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a large skillet, dry roast the rice flour over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant, stirring constantly for about 10 minutes.

3.Transfer the toasted rice flour to a mixing bowl and let it cool.

4.In the same skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and chili flakes. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

5.Add the sautéed mixture to the toasted rice flour along with the salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

6.Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

7.Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before serving.
