Ingredients
In this Turkish adaptation of the Italian dish, Fichi e robiola, we incorporate Turkish flavors and ingredients to create a unique culinary experience. The original recipe is transformed by using Turkish robiola cheese, which has a slightly tangier flavor compared to its Italian counterpart. Preparation

1.In a food processor, combine the flour, butter, and salt. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

2.Add the ice water and pulse until the dough comes together.

3.Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead it gently until smooth. Shape it into a disk, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

4.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

5.Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface to fit a tart pan. Press the dough into the pan and trim any excess.

6.Spread the Turkish robiola cheese evenly over the tart crust.

7.Arrange the sliced figs on top of the cheese.

8.Drizzle the honey over the figs and sprinkle with cinnamon and dried thyme.

9.Bake the tart for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.

10.Allow the tart to cool slightly before serving.
