Preparation

1.Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.

2.Mash the avocados with a fork until desired consistency is reached.

3.Add the diced red onion, tomato, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, harissa or chili powder, and preserved lemon to the bowl.

4.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
