Ingredients
In the original Croatian dish, Jabučice iz Virovitice, the apples are stuffed with a mixture of ground pork, rice, and spices. The Omani adaptation replaces the pork with ground lamb and incorporates traditional Omani spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, and cumin.
