Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

3.In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

4.Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

5.Stir in the cooked rice, paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

6.Spoon the filling mixture into the hollowed-out bell peppers, pressing it down gently.
