Preparation

1.In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bulgur wheat, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2.In a separate bowl, prepare the filling by combining the chopped onion, fresh mint, fresh dill, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

3.Take a small portion of the meat mixture and shape it into a ball. Make an indentation in the center of the ball and fill it with a teaspoon of the filling mixture. Seal the ball and shape it into an oval or round shape. Repeat with the remaining meat and filling.

4.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté until translucent.

5.Add the ground paprika, ground cumin, dried oregano, diced tomatoes, and chicken or vegetable broth to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.

6.Gently place the stuffed meatballs into the skillet, ensuring they are submerged in the sauce. Cover the skillet and simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and tender.
