1.In a bowl, combine the ground beef and Caribbean spice blend. Mix well and shape the mixture into patties.

2.Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside.

3.In the same skillet, fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your preference. Set aside.

4.In a separate saucepan, heat the beef broth over medium heat.

5.In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and a few tablespoons of water to make a slurry. Slowly pour the slurry into the simmering beef broth, whisking constantly until the gravy thickens.
