1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped almonds and honey. Mix well until the almonds are evenly coated.

2.In a saucepan, combine the sugar, water, lemon juice, and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture reaches a syrupy consistency.

3.Remove the syrup from heat and stir in the rosewater and vanilla extract.

4.Pour the syrup over the almond-honey mixture and mix until well combined.

5.Line a baking dish with parchment paper and transfer the mixture into the dish. Press it down firmly to create an even layer.
