Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Beef tendons — Simmering the beef tendons for a longer period of time ensures they become tender and easy to slice. Be patient during the cooking process to achieve the desired texture.

Tips & Tricks

  • For added crunch, you can sprinkle some toasted Dutch rye bread crumbs over the salad before serving.
  • If you prefer a spicier kick, add a pinch of Dutch chili flakes to the dressing.
  • Feel free to customize the salad by adding other vegetables such as bell peppers or cherry tomatoes.
  • Make sure to slice the vegetables thinly for a more delicate texture.
  • The salad tastes even better when prepared a few hours in advance to allow the flavors to develop.
