Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Pizza dough — Let the dough come to room temperature before rolling it out to make it easier to work with.
  • Feta cheese — Use a good quality feta cheese for the best flavor and texture.
  • Olives — Rinse the olives before slicing them to remove excess salt.
  • Roasted red peppers — Use jarred roasted red peppers for convenience, or roast your own peppers for a smokier flavor.
  • Parsley — Use fresh parsley for the best flavor.

Tips & Tricks

  • For a crispier crust, preheat a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven before baking the pizza.
  • Experiment with different Mediterranean toppings, such as artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, or capers.
  • If you don't have tomato sauce, you can use canned crushed tomatoes or tomato paste mixed with water.
  • To make the pizza spicier, add red pepper flakes to the tomato sauce.
  • Leftover pizza can be reheated in the oven or toaster oven for a quick and easy meal.

Serving advice

Serve the pizza hot, straight out of the oven, with a side salad or garlic bread.
