Preparation

    In a large bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until the mixture becomes foamy.

    In a separate bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, bread flour, and salt.

    Add the flour mixture to the yeast mixture and stir until a dough forms.
