1.In a large bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until the mixture becomes foamy.

2.In a separate bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, bread flour, and salt.

3.Add the flour mixture to the yeast mixture and stir until a dough forms.

4.Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

5.Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours.

6.Preheat the oven to 500F (260C).

7.In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

8.Add the crushed tomatoes, oregano, and paprika. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.

9.Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a 14-inch (35cm) circle.

10.Transfer the dough to a greased pizza pan.

11.Spread the tomato sauce over the dough.

12.Top with the sliced sausage and shredded mozzarella cheese.

13.Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
