Treat your ingredients with care...
- Coconut milk — Use full-fat coconut milk for a rich and creamy texture.
- Lemongrass paste — If fresh lemongrass is available, finely chop 1 stalk and use it instead of the paste for a more authentic flavor.
- Kaffir lime zest — Ensure you only use the outer green part of the lime, avoiding the bitter white pith.
Tips & Tricks
- For an extra Thai touch, drizzle a little coconut milk over each serving before dusting with cocoa powder.
- If you prefer a stronger lemongrass flavor, increase the amount of lemongrass paste.
- To make it more visually appealing, pipe the mascarpone mixture onto the ladyfingers using a piping bag.
Serving advice
Serve chilled for the best taste and texture. Allow the Tiramisù to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
Presentation advice
