1.In a bowl, combine the ground pork, shrimp, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

2.Place a small amount of the pork and shrimp mixture onto each wonton wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half diagonally to form a triangle, sealing the edges by moistening them with water.
