Preparation

1.Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

4.In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the dried apricots, dried cranberries, slivered almonds, and pistachios. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the nuts are lightly toasted.
