1.In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces, Caribbean spice blend, and soy sauce. Mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

2.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
