1.In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.

2.Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

3.Add the beef slices to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.

4.Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
