3.Add the diced tomatoes, carrot, potato, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4.Pour in the fish or vegetable broth and bring the soup to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

5.Gently add the fish chunks to the pot and simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
