1.In a bowl, combine the Tandoori masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, yogurt, and lemon juice to make the marinade.

2.Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Ensure the chicken is well coated. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

3.Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

4.Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers and grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.

5.While the chicken is grilling, slice the crusty bread rolls in half.

6.Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skewers and place the pieces on the bottom half of each bread roll.

7.Drizzle the mint and coriander chutney over the chicken.
