Preparation

1.In a large pan, heat the palm oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

2.Add the sliced bell peppers to the pan and cook until they start to soften.

3.Stir in the diced tomatoes, pineapple, mango, and papaya. Cook for a few minutes until the fruits release their juices.

4.Pour in the chicken broth and coconut milk. Stir in the turmeric and paprika, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

5.Add the shredded chicken and cooked shrimp to the pan, and simmer for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
