Treat your ingredients with care...
- Matcha powder — Use high-quality ceremonial grade matcha powder for the best flavor and vibrant green color.
- Mascarpone cheese — Make sure the mascarpone cheese is at room temperature before using to ensure a smooth and creamy texture.
- Ladyfingers — If you prefer a softer texture, briefly dip the ladyfingers in the matcha tea. For a firmer texture, soak them for a slightly longer time.
Tips & Tricks
- For a stronger matcha flavor, increase the amount of matcha powder to your preference.
- If you don't have matcha-flavored chocolate shavings, you can use regular chocolate shavings or omit the garnish altogether.
- To make individual servings, assemble the tiramisù in small glasses or ramekins.
- Allow the tiramisù to chill for at least 4 hours to achieve the perfect texture and flavor.
- Serve the tiramisù chilled for a refreshing dessert experience.
